Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Services Coordinator to join our team in the UK, European, and Middle Eastern Markets. As a key member of our reservations and guest service team, you will provide exceptional support to travel partners and guests, ensuring seamless and memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day contact with travel agents and guests via telephone and email, delivering exceptional customer service and resolving queries efficiently.
- Manage email inboxes and respond to incoming emails in a timely manner, ensuring prompt communication and resolution of guest inquiries.
- Sell and process cruise bookings from travel agents and direct clients, driving sales and providing high-level customer service.
- Utilize Sabre to book and amend flights, and NVS software to add hotels, transfers, and shore excursions to bookings.
- Liaise with other departments as necessary, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Participate in consumer events, exhibitions, and ship visits, representing Oceania Cruises and promoting our brand.
- Liaise with the US office as required, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Multi-tasking and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Computer literacy, with experience using Microsoft Office and travel industry software.
- Travel industry and general geographical knowledge, with a customer service or sales background.
- Clear and concise grammar in all written communications and booking notes.
- Ability to perform under pressure, with strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Bank Holidays on a rota basis.
