Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cruise Industry Reservations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our travel partners and guests, ensuring seamless and personalized experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day contact with travel agents and guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sell and process cruise bookings from travel agents and direct clients, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Drive sales and provide high-level customer service, exceeding guest expectations and building strong relationships with travel partners.
  • Add hotels, transfers, and shore excursions to bookings using our proprietary software, ensuring seamless and hassle-free experiences.
  • Participate in consumer events, exhibitions, and ship visits, representing Oceania Cruises and promoting our brand.
  • Liaise with our US office as required, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Assist with communication on itinerary changes and updates, ensuring guests are informed and prepared.
Requirements
  • Multi-tasking and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Computer literacy, with experience using Microsoft Office and proprietary software.
  • Travel industry and general geographical knowledge, with a strong understanding of cruise operations and logistics.
  • Customer service or sales background, with a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills, with a professional telephone manner and excellent written communication skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
