Job Title: Night Concierge

Sanctuary Supported Living is seeking a Night Concierge to join our team at Merchants Terrace, Kings Lynn. As a Night Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and welcoming service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and direct customer queries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Develop positive relationships with customers, helping them to develop life skills and independence
  • Handle emergency and challenging situations with confidence and composure
  • Ensure an excellent service is provided to customers, maintaining a safe and secure environment
  • Conduct regular fire safety checks and ensure the security of the service is maintained
  • Write and update customer notes, maintaining accurate records
Requirements:
  • Experience of working with vulnerable adults, people with mental health needs, or substance misuse
  • Previous experience working in challenging circumstances
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use IT systems confidently

  • A 24-hour per week contract, with 2 shifts on and 6 shifts off
