Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Night Concierge to join our team at Sanctuary Group. As a Night Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, helping them to develop life skills and independence.
- Manage emergency and challenging situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of customers.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a secure and safe environment, conducting regular health and safety checks.
- Maintain accurate records and notes, documenting customer interactions and progress.
Requirements:
- Experience working with vulnerable adults or young people, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Confident use of IT systems, including databases and software applications.
