Job Title: Night Concierge

Sanctuary Supported Living is seeking a Night Concierge to join our team at Merchants Terrace, Kings Lynn. As a Night Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and welcoming service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop good relationships with customers, helping them develop life skills and providing support when needed.
  • Handle occasional emergency or challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Ensure an excellent service is provided to our customers, maintaining a safe and secure environment.
  • Conduct fire safety checks and ensure the security of the service is maintained.
  • Write and update customer notes, maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with young people or vulnerable adults, people with mental health needs or substance misuse.
  • Previous experience working under challenging circumstances.
  • Good communication skills and ability to use IT systems confidently.

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.61.
  • A 24-hour per week contract, with 2 shifts on and 6 shifts off.
