**Day Concierge**

**7am to 7pm 4 on 4 off**

Our clients are seeking an experienced Day Concierge with good IT skills and customer service etiquette to take responsibility for the front of house operations at a private residential block located within easy reach of Kings Cross. The Day Concierge will be working on the main reception desk dealing with residents and visitors. You will be in close liaison with the Building Manager updating then and consulting with them on a regular basis so you must therefore have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You will be administering any reactive maintenance issues and resolving queries or complaints so you do therefore need to have excellent initiative and the ability to take ownership and responsibility for resolving problems with the support and guidance of the building manager. Good IT skill is essential for administering the computerised key and parcel management system as well as updating standard operational procedure databases to do with building checks and health and safety. Other regular concierge duties will involve post and parcel management, and access control.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £26,250.00 per year
