AMAZING OPPORTUNITY, a new **RECEPTIONIST/CONCEIRGE** role has just landed in the City of London. Would you like to be part of the receptionist team for a finance organisation with IMMEDIATE START available?
- Based in a beautiful building in Charing Cross
- **Monday - Thursday (4 day working week) full time**:

- **7am - 5m - 10 hour shifts but 4 days a week**:

- Full time - permanent position
- Reception experience required - If you have worked as a corporate receptionist or Concierge before or front of house and fancy a change please give us a call.
- **£29,000-£30,000** depending on experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet and greet all clients - ground floor reception
- Diary bookings - arranging, rearranging appointments as appropriate, possible post room duties.
- Keeping front of reception clean and tidy, running errands and being a team player when needed.

Key skills required:

- Excellent written and verbal communication with great listening skills
- Must be a team player with great contact with clients/employee’s
- Planning and organizing skills
- Professional telephone manor
- Commitment and reliable
- Professional, smart and presentable
