Sanctuary Supported Living is seeking a Night Concierge to join our team at Merchants Terrace, Kings Lynn. As a Night Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and welcoming service.

• Develop good relationships with customers, helping them develop life skills and confidence.
• Handle occasional emergency or challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Ensure an excellent service is provided to our customers, meeting their needs and expectations.
• Conduct fire safety checks and maintain the security of the service.
• Write and update customer notes, maintaining accurate records.

• Experience of working with vulnerable adults, people with mental health needs, or substance misuse.
• Previous experience working under challenging circumstances, with a calm and composed demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to use IT systems confidently.

• A competitive hourly rate of £11.61.
• A 24-hour per week contract, with 2 shifts on and 6 shifts off.
