Job Title: Night Concierge

Sanctuary Supported Living is seeking a Night Concierge to join our team at Merchants Terrace, Kings Lynn. As a Night Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing a welcoming and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, helping them to develop life skills and confidence.
  • Handle emergency and challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Ensure the security and safety of the service, including conducting fire safety checks.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and respectful manner.
  • Work independently, using your initiative and judgment to resolve issues and make decisions.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working with vulnerable adults, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to work independently, using your initiative and judgment to resolve issues and make decisions.
  • Basic IT skills, with the ability to use systems confidently.
