Job Title: Night Concierge

Sanctuary Supported Living is seeking a Night Concierge to join our team at Merchants Terrace, Kings Lynn. As a Night Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing a welcoming and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, helping them to develop life skills and confidence.
  • Handle emergency and challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Ensure the security and safety of the service, including conducting fire safety checks.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and respectful manner.
  • Write and update customer notes, maintaining accurate records of interactions.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with vulnerable adults, people with mental health needs, or substance misuse.
  • Previous experience working in challenging circumstances, with a strong ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Confident use of IT systems, with the ability to learn new software and technology.
