HomeLet is seeking a skilled Claims Handler to join their team.
Job SummaryThis role involves managing claims from instruction through to finalisation and closure. Providing timely advice and support to agents, and collaborating with Legal Partners to ensure legal obligations are met and insurer costs are minimised.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage claims efficiently, adhering to relevant policies and regulatory agreements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service via telephone, email, and post.
- Undertake detailed fact finds, paying close attention to detail to identify potential barriers.
- Accurately manage financial payments and maintain accurate claim ledgers.
- Educate customers on the claims process and provide regular updates.
- Escalate fraud indicators as necessary.
