Claims Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Claims Handler to join our team at HomeLet. As a Claims Handler, you will play a critical role in managing the claims process from instruction to finalisation, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all legal obligations are met.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of claims, adhering to relevant policies, standard operating procedures, regulatory requirements, and business service level agreements.
- Deliver exceptional service to customers through timely advice and support, utilising effective communication skills.
- Undertake detailed fact-finding, paying close attention to detail to highlight potential barriers to claim progression.
- Pursue tenants and guarantors for unpaid rents where possible, maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
- Accurately manage and calculate financial payment requisitions, ensuring efficient payments to policyholders with relevant tracking and recording.
