Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Claims Handler to join our dynamic team in Lincoln, Lincolnshire. As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing the claims process from instruction through to finalisation and closure. This will involve providing advice and support to customers, managing claims portfolios, and delivering exceptional customer service.

About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need three GCSEs at grade C or above, including English and maths. You should also have administrative and customer service experience. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including a company pension scheme, enhanced maternity and paternity leave packages, and a flexible working policy.
