**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Materials Management and Procurement Specialist to join our team at Randstad CPE London.

As a key member of our logistics administration department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials, equipment, and supplies across our operations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing logistical processes and a strong understanding of procurement procedures.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the purchasing of materials, goods, and services to meet operational requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Participate in the evaluation of vendor performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory control systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Liaise with depot management and other stakeholders to resolve warranty claims and quality concerns.
  • Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure proactive procurement support and negotiate favorable terms.

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role or related field.
  • Detailed knowledge of materials and stores management procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
