Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Materials Change Manager to join our team at Zoetis in Lincoln, NE. This role is responsible for leading the Material Evaluation Committee (MEC) and driving cross-functional collaboration to streamline and manage change processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead four MEC meetings, ensuring well-organized and productive discussions aligned with project timelines.
  • Manage actions resulting from MEC meetings, guaranteeing timely follow-up and resolution of tasks.
  • Oversight of the comprehensive change control process for new and changes in materials and suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related field; or 1-3 years' experience in procurement or manufacturing operations.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with strong facilitation skills when needed.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office software, and experience in ERP systems a plus.
