As a Claims Handler at HomeLet, you will be responsible for managing claims from instruction through to finalisation and closure.

Job Overview

Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that claims are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide timely advice and support to agents, ensuring that claims are handled in accordance with company policies and regulatory agreements.
  2. Collaborate with Legal Partners to ensure that legal obligations are met and insurer costs are minimised.
  3. Manage claims efficiently, using industry-standard software to track progress and identify potential issues.
  4. Deliver excellent customer service, responding promptly to queries and concerns.
  5. Escalate fraud indicators as necessary, working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve complex cases.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of around £28,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
