Job Role:
The Claims Handler is responsible for managing the claims process, providing advice and support to customers, and delivering exceptional customer service. This involves inputting, assessing, and managing claims portfolios, storing relevant documents and evidence on corresponding systems, and undertaking detailed fact finds. You will also be responsible for accurately managing and calculating financial payment requisitions and escalating fraud indicators where necessary.
