We are currently seeking a highly skilled Claims Handler to join our team at HomeLet. As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing the claims process from instruction to finalisation, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all legal obligations are met.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, managing a portfolio of claims and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including litigation teams and solicitors, to ensure seamless claim handling.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of claims, adhering to relevant policies, standard operating procedures, regulatory requirements, and business service level agreements.
  • Deliver exceptional service to customers through timely advice and support, utilising effective communication skills.
  • Undertake detailed fact-finding, paying close attention to detail to highlight potential barriers to claim progression.
  • Pursue tenants and guarantors for unpaid rents where possible, maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
