Executive Sales Leader

beBee Professionals is seeking an exceptional Sales Executive to join our team in Folkestone, United Kingdom. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering excellent customer service.
About the Role:
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
- Train and mentor sales staff, providing support and professional development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
