Sales Growth Specialist

BeBee Professionals in Folkestone is seeking an ambitious and motivated Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and fostering relationships with key clients. This role requires a strong ability to work closely with our sales team to deliver tailored solutions and meet sales targets.
Responsibilities:- The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships, creating and presenting sales proposals that meet customer needs.
- They will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet targets, reporting sales performance to management and adjusting strategies as needed.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, along with proven experience in sales or a related role, ideally in technology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential for this role.
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is required.
- This position offers a competitive base salary of £45,000 per annum, plus commissions and bonuses.
