Locum Social Work Opportunities

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking experienced Social Workers to join our established Adults service in Southend-On-Sea.

Job Description:

We are looking for skilled and motivated Social Workers to provide high-quality support to adults in the community. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients, families, and other professionals to deliver person-centered care and promote independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions to promote client outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in social work
  • Current Social Work England registration
  • Significant frontline experience in Adults Services
  • Prior community experience is ideal
