About the Role:

As a Service Desk Expert at Careers Plus, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional technical support to our clients. You will be responsible for managing incoming support tickets, performing initial reviews, assessing urgency, and directing tickets to the appropriate team or engineer for resolution.

Your strong technical expertise and proactive mindset will enable you to drive root cause analysis and deliver effective solutions to clients. You will work closely with our engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues and develop effective solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience in an MSP environment in a technical support role.
  • Strong technical expertise with the ability to understand complex issues and how they impact both systems and end users.
  • A proactive mindset, with a focus on root cause analysis and conducting ticket reviews to ensure effective solutions are delivered to clients.
  • Proficient working with a Microsoft tech stack.
  • Great communication and teamwork skills.
