We are looking for a Technical Help Desk Expert to join our team at Paysend Group. As a Technical Help Desk Expert, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance with our services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding technical issues.
- Analyze and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical support teams as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and the ability to educate users about security risks.
