Business Development Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial & Contract Team, you will be responsible for in-life commercial management of VBSE customers, including commercial modelling for profitability and governance, drafting contract schedules and reports, project forecasting and cost control, and collaboration with billing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial management of VBSE customers, including negotiation and agreement of commercial terms
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Leading commercial projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective stakeholder communication
- Providing expert guidance on commercial matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Managing budgets and financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on commercial acumen
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly organized, with excellent time management and attention to detail
What We Offer
