Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic brand plans for one of our key brands. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving brand growth, improving profitability, and delivering best-in-class brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability
  • Lead a direct report and provide guidance and support to ensure successful brand execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand innovation and improvement
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to inform brand strategy and decision-making

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Proven experience in brand management, with a strong track record of delivering successful brand campaigns and driving business growthExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a teamStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform business decisionsA deep understanding of the pet food industry and market trends
