    • Lead the development and execution of marketing plans to drive brand awareness and sales.
    • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including the creation of new brands and categories.
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of brand managers to achieve business objectives.
    • Provide coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to team members.
  • Commercial Acumen
    • Develop and manage brand budgets to achieve business objectives.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Degree in Marketing or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
