About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Brand Manager to join our team at Pets Choice Ltd, a leading FMCG company in the Animal Health industry. As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic brand plans to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to achieve business objectives, including market research, competitor analysis, and trend identification.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media, to reach and engage with target audiences.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and product lines, ensuring they meet business objectives and customer needs.
  • Category Management: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to maintain or gain market share.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of brand managers and marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team success.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, customer service, and product development teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication of brand strategies and marketing plans.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the FMCG industry, including market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
