About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to achieve business objectives, including market research, competitor analysis, and trend identification.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
  • Brand Management: Oversee the management of multiple brands, including product development, packaging, and labeling.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of brand managers and marketing professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance metrics to measure the success of brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the FMCG industry, with knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis.
