Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic brand plans for one of our key brands. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving brand performance, and delivering best-in-class brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive business growth and improve brand performance
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class brand campaigns, long-term innovation, and commercial success
  • Provide leadership and support to direct reports, fostering a collaborative and empowering work environment
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth initiatives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in brand management, with a strong track record of delivering business growth and improving brand performance
  • Hands-on experience in developing and executing strategic brand plans, including market research, competitor analysis, and campaign development
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of market trends and consumer behavior

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum
  • A 10% bonus scheme
