A leading international property company, established over 150 years ago, is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead their flagship branch in Kensington. The ideal candidate will be a highly successful, ambitious, and experienced residential sales manager who can drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Oversee the marketing and promotion of properties to attract potential buyers.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, developers, and other industry professionals.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure that all sales team members deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and visibility in the local market.

Compensation Package:

  • £60,000 Basic Salary
  • Generous Guarantee
  • £150,000 + OTE
  • Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance
  • Other fantastic companywide benefits

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in selling residential properties in PCL.
  • Confidence in dealing with figures and targets.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
  • Driving licence essential.
