Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Residential Sales at Rickman Properties Limited. The Head of Residential Sales will be responsible for managing sales teams, overseeing sales operations, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets on residential properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow the business
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue
  • Oversee sales operations, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business plans and strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
