Cultural Marketing Lead

Location: West London

Compensation: £70,000 plus performance-based incentives

In this role, you will be associated with a prestigious cultural institution situated in London.

As the Cultural Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in formulating and implementing the marketing strategy for the initiative.

Collaborating with the broader marketing and communications team, your goal will be to position the venue as a key destination and a global hub for art, design, gastronomy, events, music, and entertainment.

Your efforts will focus on amplifying brand presence and nurturing engagement among target demographics to promote the initiative on an international scale.

Reporting to the Marketing Director and working on-site (with flexible working arrangements), the role offers a competitive salary of up to £70,000 along with a generous bonus structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies while leading the execution of campaigns across various channels.
  • Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders and curate exclusive content for the audience database.
  • Manage advertising initiatives, partnerships, content development, marketing materials, and a series of promotional activities.
  • Oversee campaign budgets, conduct market analysis, and evaluate campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in the cultural, tourism, or destination marketing sector, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an understanding of diverse audience requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, advertising strategies, partnerships, content creation, and executing promotional programs.
  • Adept at collaborating effectively across various teams.
  • Familiarity with cultural trends in London.
  • Comprehensive understanding of London's cultural landscape.
  • Degree-level education.
