CSC Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Manager to join our client, a leading main contractor, on a permanent basis. As a Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations and supporting the delivery of all aspects of the project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee site operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Support the delivery of all aspects of the project, including project coordination, planning implementation, quality control, and project execution
  • Ensure effective communication between teams, both on and off-site, to meet commitments and goals
  • Operate across the business to deliver activities schedule and ensure compliance with business processes

Requirements

  • Significant experience in the construction and fitout sectors of the construction market
  • Extensive knowledge of the operational requirements to deliver projects
  • Ability to plan and maintain a scale-appropriate site setup
  • Extensive knowledge of safe systems of work, programme management and control
  • Working knowledge of Asta Powerproject
  • Awareness of the importance of change management and the associated risks
  • Willingness to obtain and maintain necessary health and safety qualifications: CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid
