Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leisure professional to join our team as a Senior Leisure Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our fitness and activities operations, ensuring exceptional member engagement and experience.

The successful candidate will have significant management experience within the health and fitness industry, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services and achieving income and club performance targets. You will be responsible for managing a team of staff, creating and implementing club action and improvement plans, and working with partners and contractors to ensure consistent delivery of service level agreements.

We offer a competitive basic salary of 40K, an annual performance-related bonus of 6K, 5 weeks' holiday, ongoing training, and excellent future career development opportunities. If you are a motivated and experienced leisure professional looking for a new challenge, please apply.

  • Manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional and consistent classes, activities, and service.
  • Achieve income and club performance targets by identifying key actions to drive each department forward.
  • Create and implement club action and improvement plans and manage the teams to deliver.
  • Work with partners and contractors to ensure consistent delivery of service level agreements.
  • Create rotas to deliver exceptional member engagement and experience.
  • Recruit, induct, and ensure the ongoing coaching and development of your teams.
