Are you a highly skilled and motivated individual looking for a challenging role in the spa industry? We are seeking an experienced Spa Therapist to join our team at Kensington Leisure Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing top-notch wellness and beauty treatments to our clients.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a high level of professionalism, and a strong ability to work independently. They will be responsible for delivering a wide range of treatments, including massage and beauty therapies, to meet the diverse needs of our clients. A minimum of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification is required, along with a good understanding of electronic booking systems and customer database management.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, working closely with our experienced team of therapists and managers. You will be expected to maintain a clean and safe environment, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order. You will also be responsible for promoting our services and products, as well as achieving sales targets through effective marketing and communication strategies.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including discounted gym membership, health assurance, and career development opportunities.
