The Senior Events Manager is a key member of the Design Centre, Chelsea Harbour team, responsible for delivering high-quality events that showcase the centre's luxury showrooms and world-leading brands. This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution, from conceptualization to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing event strategies that align with the centre's business objectives
- Managing event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements
- Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of event materials and services
- Managing event budgets and reporting to the Head of Events and General Manager
- Ensuring event safety and security protocols are in place
- Attending meetings with internal and external stakeholders to discuss event planning and execution
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in event planning and management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of event management software and tools
