**Position: Live-Out Housekeeper**

**Location: Chelsea, London**

**Salary: £40,000-£42,000**

We are seeking a professional and experienced Live-Out Housekeeper to join our team of dedicated staff in a large and meticulously run household. The household is home to a family with four young children and is maintained to the highest standards.

Working alongside four other housekeepers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness, organisation, and smooth functioning of the residence. This is a full-time position requiring flexibility in scheduling, including some weekends.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of housekeeping tasks to maintain the residence's impeccable appearance and cleanliness, including but not limited to cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing.
- Responsible for cleaning and maintaining all eight bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, ensuring they are comfortable and well-prepared for the family and guests.
- Common Area Maintenance: Keep all common areas, including living spaces, dining rooms, and entertainment areas, in pristine condition.
- Handle laundry duties, including washing, ironing, and organising the family's clothing and linens.
- Support the preparation and organisation of special events, dinners, and gatherings hosted within the household.
- Work closely with the team of housekeepers to coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure a consistent level of cleanliness throughout the residence.
- Be open to a flexible work schedule, including weekend coverage and the ability to rotate days off with other housekeepers to ensure continuous coverage.
- The household features four floors, a cinema, a swimming pool, and eight bedrooms. The position requires physical fitness and energy to manage the demands of such a large space.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all areas are maintained according to the family's high standards.
- Exercise discretion and respect for the family's privacy while carrying out your responsibilities.

Qualifications:

- A proven track record of professional housekeeping experience, ideally within high-end residences or luxury hotels.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to handle the physical demands of the position, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating days off.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of housekeeping staff and other household employees.
- A keen eye for detail and an innate commitment to maintaining impeccable standards.
- Exercise discretion and professionalism in all interactions, respecting the family's privacy.
- Strong verbal communication skills to coordinate tasks effectively with other staff members.

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
