About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Lead to join our team at MBM Travel Executives Ltd. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive paid media strategy across various channels, including search, display, and social media.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Omni-Channel Media Buying Strategy: Drive customer acquisition and optimization across multiple channels, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Manage Paid Campaigns: Oversee the development, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across the customer journey, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate on Conversion Optimization: Work closely with the creative marketing team to design and implement A/B testing, landing page strategy, and other conversion optimization initiatives.
  • Forecasting, Budgeting, and Reporting: Own the forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes for paid channels, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Build and Maintain Dashboards: Develop and maintain data-driven dashboards to track campaign performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead Marketing Experiments: Design and execute experiments to explore new acquisition channels and technologies, driving innovation and growth.
  • Partner with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to influence broader business and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment and maximum impact.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in launching, managing, and optimizing multi-channel ad campaigns, with expertise in Google Ads.
  • Track Record of Success: A proven track record of achieving ambitious growth targets in fast-paced environments, with a strong focus on customer acquisition and ROI.
  • Budget Management: Experience managing budgets of £200k+/month, with a keen eye for detail and a ability to optimize spend for maximum impact.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in Programmatic Advertising, DSPs, and Google Tag Manager, with strong analytical skills and experience in Google Analytics.
  • Soft Skills: A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with a strong alignment with our company mission and values.
Bonus Skills
  • SEO, Lifecycle, or Affiliate Marketing Experience: A background in SEO, lifecycle, or affiliate marketing, with a strong understanding of how to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Scaling New Markets or Managing Agencies/Contractors: Experience scaling new markets or managing agencies/contractors, with a strong ability to adapt to changing business needs.
