Job Title: Senior HR Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Project Manager to join our team at Executive Network Group. As a Senior HR Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects that have a significant impact on our organization and its people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standard.
  • Project Governance: Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation through to closure, manage project gating, and establish and facilitate project governance.
  • Resource Management: Source and manage internal and external resources to deliver the project.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage and influence stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  • Change Management: Plan and manage transition of the finished project products into BAU, ensure appropriate change management, and facilitate quality assurance.
  • Project Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation in line with the required process and standard.
  • Communication: Communicate and report in a timely manner, escalate as appropriate, and analyze successful completion of goals and projects to establish best practice.
Requirements:
  • Leadership and Influencing Skills: Strong leadership and influencing skills to manage stakeholders and project teams.
  • Project Management Experience: Experience of project management, including resource planning and scheduling, budget development and tracking, and project risk management.
  • HR Professional: HR professional with global experience preferred, able to develop and track budget, and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, including planning for success and a can-do attitude.
