Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at Network HR. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational HR business partnering to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the HR leadership team to support the delivery of our UK HR strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters.
  • Support the HR Director in the tactical execution of strategic HR initiatives across the Investments division.
  • Identify talent gaps, succession planning, and employee development opportunities to address current and future business needs.
  • Ensure delivery of the annual performance review and reward process.
  • Develop management capabilities through individual coaching, workshops, and knowledge sharing.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HR processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes impacting HR and the financial services sector.
  • Manage a junior HR Advisor to support effective delivery of core objectives.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Agile, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accurate and highly organised.
