Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at Network HR. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Financial Services, with a focus on Asset Management. The role will involve providing strategic and operational HR business partnering to support the Investment client group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the HR leadership team to deliver the UK HR strategy and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Support the HR Director in the tactical execution of strategic HR initiatives across the Investments division.
  • Identify talent gaps, succession planning, and employee development opportunities to address current and future business needs.
  • Ensure delivery of the annual performance review and reward process, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Develop management capabilities through individual coaching, workshops, and knowledge sharing.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HR processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes impacting HR and the financial services sector.
  • Manage a junior HR Advisor to support effective delivery of core objectives.
  • Support with project management across M&A, HR Due Diligence & Integration.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice with an understanding of FCA regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to build credible relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Agile, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
