Role Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Business Operations Administrator to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Invoice and manage customer payments
  • Perform bank reconciliations and conduct VAT returns
  • Work on financial spreadsheets using Sage Line 50 and Excel
  • Assist with the preparation of trade shows and company events
  • Take stock and manage inventory levels
  • Analyze company data for growth opportunities
  • Process credit card and petty cash payments
  • Track commissions and sales performance
  • Oversee web retail sales and e-commerce platforms

The successful applicant will have excellent administrative skills, be proficient in Sage (Line 50) and Excel, and have a keen eye for detail. Some knowledge of International currency conversions would be advantageous but training will be provided.

Requirements:
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

The salary for this role is £34,000 per annum based on 25 hours per week (£17.00 per hour).
