Key Client Administrator - Temporary to Permanent

Location: Northampton

Salary: £25,249.64 (£11.44 per hour whilst temporary)

Working Hours: Full-time (10am-7pm until December then 8am - 5pm)

We are seeking a skilled Global Logistics Administrator to join our team in Northampton. As a Key Client Administrator, you will provide high-level support and administrative duties for one of our key clients, ensuring an efficient and effective service.

This role involves delivering a professional service to key clients, managing all logistics-related tasks, and serving as the primary contact for client service issues. You will stay informed on industry and environmental compliance standards, build and maintain relationships with clients through first-line support via email and telephone, and perform administrative duties efficiently and as needed.

Duties:

  8. Handle additional ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  9. Be flexible with weekend shifts as part of the rota.
