Pension Administration Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Administration Manager to join our team at GXO Logistics UK. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our pension schemes, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the UK defined contribution arrangements, including processing transactions and resolving missing data queries.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and market developments, ensuring the pension schemes remain compliant.
  • Support the administration of pension accounts, ensuring effective and efficient delivery.
  • Reconcile provider accounts to ensure accurate allocation of contributions.
  • Coordinate and attend webinars and roadshows to promote the pension plans.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of current pensions legislation and auto-enrolment guidance.
  • Excellent PC skills, including knowledge of spreadsheets and data analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
