Key responsibilities include:

  1. Sales and purchase ledger processing
  2. Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods received notes
  3. Assist with monthly journals, recharges, and payroll journals
  4. Monthly bank reconciliation
  5. Processing of monthly grant remittances
  6. Raising offer letters to new starters, issuing any contract changes
  7. Preparing end-of-year pension certificates
  8. Maintenance of the fixed asset and utilities register
  9. Assisting with inventory audit management
  10. Providing administrative and HR support as needed
