We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Manager to join our finance team at beBee Professionals in Northampton, UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Manage the company's cash flow and ensure financial stability.
  • Oversee financial processes, including audits and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
  • Implement and improve financial systems, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
