Strategic Financial Leadership Position

Avery Healthcare Group is looking for an experienced Group Finance Manager to join our team and drive financial growth and success.

This challenging role will require the successful candidate to produce high-quality financial reports, manage group FP&A requirements, and serve as a key contact for audit and corporation tax processes.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will lead key responsibilities including producing internal and external financial reports, managing group FP&A requirements, and serving as a key contact for audit and corporation tax processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production of timely and accurate monthly and annual consolidated financial reporting ensuring compliance with UK GAAP and latest pronouncements.
  • Overseeing the management of the Group's audit process, which is handled by the qualified Financial Accountant in the team.
  • Liaising with tax advisors to ensure Corporation Tax returns are submitted in a timely manner.
  • Accounting stewardship of various entities ledger management and account reconciliations.
  • Review and take ownership for the intercompany agreement and reconciliation process.
  • Fostering a supportive environment for ongoing professional development of team members.

About Avery Healthcare Group:

  • A leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK, offering exceptional care across over 100 homes.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
  • DBS Disclosure check will be required, with Avery meeting the cost.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
