Job Description:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the night shift operations team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to achieve goals.
- Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging lean principles to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Cultivate a positive work environment, promoting collaboration and teamwork among employees.
- Ensure effective communication with cross-functional teams, providing regular updates on performance and progress.
- Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making, driving continuous improvement and growth.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Qualifications: Degree level or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., food science, engineering).
- Experience: Proven track record in operations management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with ability to drive results-oriented initiatives.
Benefits and Compensation:
We offer a comprehensive compensation package: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, including a competitive salary, product allowance, bonus scheme, company pension contribution, generous holiday entitlement, life assurance, and access to high street discounts.
