Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Professional for Legal Services to join our team. As an Administrative Professional, you will be responsible for providing administrative and business support to our Partners and fee earners. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a client-facing environment.

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and adaptable individual with experience in a client-facing environment. As an Administrative Professional, you will be responsible for providing in-depth business support, including diary management, correspondence, and document preparation. You will also be the first point of contact for clients and liaise directly with third parties such as banks, the Probate Registry, and HMRC.

Key Responsibilities:
* Proactive diary management for allocated fee earners* Preparing correspondence and documents through audio typing and word-processing* Drafting and formatting letters, documents, and forms* Being the first point of contact for clients* Liaising directly with third parties such as banks, the Probate Registry, and HMRC* Providing administrative and business support for allocated fee earners, anticipating the team's needs where possible* Assisting with the preparation of all financial transactions as required

Requirements:
We are looking for an individual with strong administration experience, a flair for PA duties, and experience within a legal, medical, or professional services environment. Former experience within the Private Client sector would be highly desirable. The successful candidate will have sound IT knowledge in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and excellent attention to detail in all aspects of their work.

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, support staff bonus scheme, electric vehicle scheme, 27 days annual leave (plus public holidays), and a benefits portal.
