Hire Operations Administrative Role:

We require an organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in administration, preferably in construction or plant hire, to join our hire operations team in Wellingborough.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of hire agreements and ensuring compliance with contractual terms.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of hire agreements and ensure compliance with business standards.
  • Develop and implement reports on hire performance metrics and financial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director to develop business plans and ensure compliance with business strategies.
  • Establish individual and team objectives for the four depots and Product Managers as assigned, ensuring performance against those objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with UK & Ireland policies, targets, standards, and strategy in relation to safety, health, wellbeing, and sustainability.
  • Build relationships with industry partners and trade associations to drive business growth.
  • Monitor and report on financial and operational performance in hire activities.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in administration, preferably in construction or plant hire.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with hire management software.
Salary:

A competitive salary of 45,000 per annum is available for the right candidate.
